Recycle Waste & Scraps

1. Recycle Oil / Lubricating Oil

Description of  Process

The mix of oil and water will be pumped into the  phase separation tank, including: (1) oil phase, and (2) water phase.

The oil was separated will pass through a mixing tank. In the mixing tank, coagulate matter  will be added with appropriate concentration. The mixing will be stirred for a period of 30-60 minutes (speed of 20 rounds/min).

The above oil will be recovered for re-use. The bottom sediment is mixed with sawdust then burned in incinerator (two steps) with gas emission control.

2. Recycle Solvent

Description of  Process

Types of solvent will be added to the distillation system recovered solvent heated to temperatures of about 40 ÷ 2000C.

Solvent from tank (1) is pumped into the heating pot (2) to a certain volume. The   resistance system will provide thermal for the mixture to a evaporation temperature, solvent vapor is led into the condenser (4) (water is used to condense the solvent product).

After distillation products will be directed through the separator (5), unpure solvent is pumped circulation (7) back to the distillation column, the pure solvents are recovered and reused. The residual will be blowdown periodically and will be treated by burning in two-level-incinerator with for gas treatment system.

3. Recycle Drums and Tanks

Description of  Process

Drums and  tanks are collected, transported to VINAUSEN’s factory and then put into the soak tank for a period of time to remove part of adsorptions on top and within tank surface. After that, the drums will be taken out from soak tanks and cleaned by detergent in pressure cleaning system. Clean drums and tanks are reused in Chemistry or oil storage.

Waste water generated from cleaning system will be treated at VINAUSEN wastewater treatment system before discharge into the waste treatment of Industrial part. The residual created from the cleaning process will be treated by burning in two-level-incinerator with gas treatment system. Ash after burning process will be harden and burriedin landfield.

4. Recycle Battery

Description of Process

Battery will be separated as plastic, lead and acid solution. Lead is recycled by melting in the specially blast furnace. Plastic is cleaned in the washing system and then be recycled. Acid solution and water of rinse battery will be collected into tank. NaOH solvent will be added into tank to adjust pH ~6 – 7,5, stabilization/ solidification precipitate agent will be store in landfill. Solution after neutralized will be tested before disposal into drainage of Industrial Park. The residual created from the process will be treated by burning in two-level-incinerator with gas treatment system. Ash after burning process will be harden and storage in landfield
